Food excellent. All good except noise from next door where an adjoining door was it soundproofed sufficiently so we could hear every word said, which was annoying at 6.30 am.

Lots of facilities, we did not have time to enjoy all. Loved the courtesy room where we could change before check in and after check out. Staff were very friendly, food was delicious.

Bed was very soft for my liking.

A lovely place for a warm break after a long winter

We stayed for 10 days bed and breakfast. The room was a superior with pool view, was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite had a bath and shower and 2 washbasins. Breakfast was a buffet with a huge choice, nicely cooked and served. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of space around the 2 large pools, one next to the kids pool and one in a quieter area The hotel is a 15 min walk down a pleasant pedestrianised boulevard from the beach. The beach is a small bay with lovely golden sand and protected by a curving jetty so the sea is calm and warm enough to swim in, even at the end of March! There are lots of nice restaurants, mainly Spanish and Italian and a couple of Indian and Chinese ones. There’s a walk over a small bridge to the marina and beautiful houses and restaurants there too

Great stay in a hotel with plenty of facilities and style.

Hotel was very nice with great buffet breakfast and choice of pools and sunbathing areas. Comfortable, spacious room with good amenities. Especially liked the big balcony. Easy walking distance of Puerto Mogan.

Nothing really! Our only small complaint would be how long it took in the day to get the room serviced. When you go out all day until 3-4pm and come back to find that the room still hasn't been done it's a bit annoying but isn't a big deal.

We arrived before check-in time but our room was ready, which was great after a long morning travelling. We didn't receive a welcoming drink in reception upon arrival which other guests were getting but when we got to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine and some fruit which was lovely. Pools are excellent and great activities for kids and adults alike.

Great staff, very nice hotel. There seemed to be a lot for kids to do.

Staff where excellent, room was in a great location and very spacious and clean. Breakfast was standard for help yourself hotels tbh. Could have been warmer but there was a microwave available. Location was about 20 mins walk from beach downhill, a €5 taxi ride coming back.

Nothing jumps out to be fair apart from the walk to the beach.

Brilliant stay loved it, going back Xmas

The hotel is fantastic, very clean everywhere, staff very helpful. Rooms very spacious plenty of storage. Even though the number of people there, it didn't feel overcrowded, it was a great idea with two pools, one a noisy one and the other a quieter one. We liked it so much that we booked our Xmas break while we were there. The larder for breakfast and dinner were great. The food was awesome, and there was plenty of choice for both. The hotel is just a short walk to Mogan, which is lovely, which they call little venice about 15 mins where you can get the ferry to other town onthe coast 20 euros each for a round trip.

The only thing we found was the sunbeds very uncomfortable they could do with a bit more padding, like a wipable mattress on them, like you get on the loungers on the balcony outside your room.

Overall great. Would go back and indeed are planning to.

Great location and facilities. Lovely breakfast buffet and none of the usual chaos. Staff friendly. Room very well located near the pool and restaurant. No towels reserving loungers before 10- pool staff removed any towels put down before then. Not that there was any lack of loungers and we had our own comfy ones ( but only 2 in a room for 3 so small niggle). Gym cool and well equipped ( couldn’t get the treadmill to restart after accidentally pulling the emergency cord though) and well located for a relatively flat and super scenic 6k run around the port. Landscaping and grounds meticulously maintained and tennis courts etc easy to book and in reasonably playable condition ( a little bumpy). Overall excellent.

Had to ask for a towel change after third day of the same towels. Housekeeper who changed the bed took my husband’s jammies with the dirty sheets ( they were under his pillow and we never saw them again). Hairdryer we had at first was a fire hazard but promptly changed on request and only one USB port in the room to charge electricals. We had expected some each side of the bed and this was located on the desk/ dresser. Car park was a little challenging to get into/ out of for a driver not used to changing gear at all, let alone with their right hand(!!!) but thankfully no bumps or scrapes and great that it was free. Small kids were usually in the bubble pool- age restrictions and number of occupants in this small pool not enforced by lifeguard who had little else to do. Resulted in this being the area they squirted water guns/ did handstands etc, so not really relaxing for adults! Small niggles, nothing putting us off coming back.

It was our second stay as we liked it so much the first time, however don’t think the reward programme is advertised clearly enough and I still have no idea how it works as received no points for this stay!

A fabulous Hotel

A beautiful hotel which was spotless. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. There was so much variety of food at breakfast and evening meals. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel was very good for exploring Puerto de Mogan.

I’d probably go again. Especially If they sort out the service for lunch at pool side and the flies. lunch

Awesome location, short walk to supermarket and shops and bit further to beautiful harbour, awesome pool, lunch food, double bedroom suite, up to date tech as WiFi was good and ability to connect iPad to tv.

We had lunch at the pool side about 6 times and every time they got the order wrong and had to be chased to give us bill as we sat there for 20 mins waiting for it. Food was good when it came but there is something wrong with the processes to order and get the bill they need to sort out asap. The only other down side was the flies, outside at lunch and inside for buffet dinner. They are all over the food. The hotel really needs to hang some pest repellents outside and in / do something about this as it is revolting see flues all over the buffet food.

Our room was excellent and we were able to check in early and make use of the pool. Our family room had a large, private sun balcony with two loungers, table and chairs. Comfortable bed. Spacious living/relaxing area. Our bathroom had a bathtub and shower. Pool area was amazing. Breakfast was superb! We loved everything about our room and common spaces.
